Who I am Looking For

I'm looking for people who have a passion for caregiving whether it be at home or in the workplace. I want to hear about your knowledge and experiences working with others in need. You don't necessarily have to be in the medical field to be helpful in this space.

I have been working in the hospital setting for over a decade now, but my knowledge is still limited. There are so many different avenues caregivers can take and I can't thoroughly cover all of them alone. Your experiences could potentially compliment mine.

If you have ever worked or volunteered in a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility (ALF), skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehab center, hospice, etc. or if you have long term experience taking care of a family member or friend in need, I want your help.

What I am Looking For

I am searching for partners that will help bring this website to the next level. You don't have to know how to edit and post content online. I will take care of that aspect. I am looking for someone who is willing to write on topics that I am unfamiliar with.

What am I unfamiliar with? Many things in the healthcare space. It is too vast for any one person to know everything. There are many topics that I have general knowledge in, but not necessarily experience in. I want this website to reflect knowledge through experience. The more the better.

You don't have to be a professional writer either, just a competent one. I have had no professional training when it comes to writing yet I have created 120+ articles on this website. Does it all come off as top notch journalism? Absolutely not, but I feel it does come off as authentic.

More Specific Details

I want the voice I have created to continue on through the website: helpful and knowledgeable, yet personal and easy to understand. I try to speak to my audience like a friend in need. I don't want to lose that.

I want content that people are searching for. If you don't know what that is, that's okay. It is something we can research and discuss together. Odds are, if it's a topic you've searched for in the past, someone else has too.

I want the content to be thorough. The finer the details, the better. I want to overdeliver what people are looking for so they feel like they received what they intended to find and then some.

I prefer the articles to be at least 1000 words in length. 2000 to 3000 words are even better. Yes, this may seem like a bit much, but it has been proven to be the sweet spot to satisfy both the visitors and the search engines.

All of the content must be original. No plagiarism or copyright violations allowed. Simply paraphrasing other articles is unacceptable. There should also be citations for researched information.

What's in it for You?

This is up for discussion. There are a few different factors that will determine this. I understand that people need to be compensated when high quality work has been done. I fully intend to make your contributions worthwhile.

Once we both have a clear picture of what you are willing to offer, we will then discuss the financial aspects of the partnership. Just know that at this point in time, I am unable to offer a full time salary. My funds are currently limited. In the short term, expect to be paid per article unless we can come up with another solution.

However, my plans for this company are sky high. I want it to grow exponentially. That is precisely why I am looking for partners. My ultimate goal is for this website to replace my current income and allow me to work on it full time.

What does this mean for you? If we have a great partnership, maybe it will eventually replace your full time income as well. Just don't look for it to happen overnight. I have been working on this website alone for years now and have seen little financial success, but there is strength in numbers.

The good news for you is that I am willing to invest in you ahead of time so you don't have to wait to be compensated. I take all of the risk in hopes that it will pay off, while you get immediate returns for your contributions. That may sound absurd, but it is the way this business works.

If you don't believe I am actually paying for articles, check this page out. It has links to articles written by others for this website many of which I have paid for. You could be among them.

Are You Interested?

If it sounds like you could potentially be a great fit for this company, please let me know. I would be glad to hear from you. Just fill out the form below including a few details of your experience and what you can offer. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
